Subject: Important Update Regarding 5th Grade Class Structures and Schedules
Dear 5th Grade Families,
We hope you are having a wonderful school year so far!
As our student body settles in, we continuously evaluate our class sizes to ensure we are maximizing learning opportunities and meeting district guidelines. Due to a recent shift in our 5th-grade enrollment numbers, we are required to adjust our class organization to best serve our students.
Beginning Tuesday, September 8, the 5th grade will officially transition into three sections.
Because of this structural change, many of our 5th-grade students will experience a mandatory update to their homeroom teacher and daily class schedules. While we recognize that schedule adjustments require an adjustment period, our faculty is dedicated to making this transition as smooth and seamless as possible for every child.
We deeply appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding as we make these necessary updates to support our 5th-grade community. Please keep an eye out for updated schedule details, and feel free to reach out to the school office if you have any immediate questions.
Warm regards,
Teresa Lavergne
